Please allow up to 5-7 working days for your items to reach you. We are happy to send any items to any European countries for an extra postage cost (please email for details).
Please order items in advance if you are in a rush as we are very busy during September , October and November as these are very busy months and can take up to a weeks for delivery.
Most of our products are dispatched within 2 to 3 working days but can take up to 5 days after receiving your order. During peak periods ( September - December) please allow enough time as we are very busy and it may take longer to send out orders and Royal Mail takes longer to deliver too.

All crafters love are products and keep coming back but if you are not happy with any of the products please send it back for a full refund within 14 days in a re-saleable condition.
Returns:
If you are unhappy with any of our products, you can return them within 30 days of your purchase. Your statuary rights are not effected. We may charge a restocking fee if the items are returned after 14 days according to the distant selling government guidelines.

If an item is faulty, please contact us by email with a picture if possible and we will either send a replacement or a refund. We may want the item back if we need to log a complaint to RM if damaged in transit or our supplier if its faulty.
