Make pretty hair bands decorated with knitted tube flowers. This kit brings together two packs of hair bands, a knitting mill, baby yarn in two colours, wooden buttons for the flower centres and a yarn needle to finish them.

How to make it

1. Use the knitting mill to knit long tubes of yarn in dusty rose and purple.
2. Coil each knitted tube round into a flower shape and stitch it in place with the yarn needle.
3. Sew a wooden button into the centre of each flower.
4. Attach the finished flowers securely to the hair bands.
5. Make a whole set in different colours using the two packs of hair bands.

Tip: keep the knitted tubes even by turning the mill handle at a steady pace.
